🌍 When the Storm Is Coming… Will We Be Ready?

There’s a moment—quiet, but powerful—when a decision is made in the heart before it’s ever made with the hands.

Picture this…

Dark clouds gathering on the horizon.
Winds beginning to whisper, then roar.
Families in the Philippines watching the skies, knowing what’s coming… because they’ve seen it before.

The rains don’t just fall—they overwhelm.
Floodwaters don’t just rise—they consume.
Homes don’t just leak—they collapse.

And in those moments, everything changes.

But what if… this time… it didn’t have to be that way?

What if help arrived before the storm?
What if shelter was already reinforced… supplies already secured… hope already in place?

That’s what this GoFundMe campaign is all about.

πŸ‘‰ https://gofund.me/9664701cd

This isn’t just a fundraiser—it’s a lifeline being built before disaster strikes.
Every dollar becomes protection.
Every prayer becomes strength.
Every act of giving becomes a shield against what’s coming.

At Pilgrim Outreach Ministries International, we are preparing now—because waiting is not an option.

You’ve seen the images.
You’ve heard the stories.
Now you have the opportunity to be part of the solution.

πŸ‘‰ Visit: pomitaly.homestead.com
πŸ‘‰ Give as you’re led.
πŸ‘‰ Share this message so others can see, feel, and respond.

Because somewhere tonight… someone is hoping help will come in time.

Let’s make sure it does.

🌧️ Before the Storm: A Call to Prepare, Not Repair

In many churches, there comes a sacred moment—the passing of the offering plate. It’s not just about giving… it’s about responding. It’s about seeing a need and choosing to meet it.

Right now, that moment is here.

In the Philippines, the rainy season begins in June. But this is no ordinary rain. Last year, I witnessed downpours so relentless they swallowed entire communities. Floodwaters rose without warning. Mudslides buried what little families had. Roofs collapsed under the weight of water and wind. Power vanished. Fear settled in.

And the people knew—it was only the beginning.

Because after the rains come the typhoons.
After the floods come the earthquakes.
After the winds come destruction that strips homes to their foundations.

This is the reality they face… every single year.

And here’s the truth: we cannot afford to respond after disaster strikes—we must prepare before it comes.

Preparation means:
• Reinforcing shelters
• Securing emergency supplies
• Positioning food, water, and medical resources
• Being ready to respond immediately—not days or weeks later

This is where you come in.

We are asking you—not out of routine, but out of urgency and compassion—to help us prepare now. To stand in the gap. To be the hands and feet of Christ before the storm arrives.

The gospel is free… but the pipeline to deliver hope, help, and healing is not.

If this message moves you, don’t ignore it. That stirring in your heart is there for a reason.

πŸ‘‰ Visit: pomitaly.homestead.com
πŸ‘‰ Pray with us. Stand with us. Give as the Lord leads.

Let’s not wait for headlines to tell us it’s too late.

Let’s act now… together.

πŸ“Œ Pay It Forward — A Harvest of Hope

Has anyone ever done something for you so unexpected… so timely… so needed… that it brought tears to your eyes?

That moment when help arrived right on time.
That kindness you didn’t see coming.
That reminder that God still moves through people.

If you’ve experienced that… then you already understand this:

πŸ‘‰ Pay it forward.

We are living in a time where the fields are white—ripe for harvest. There are people all around the world searching, hurting, and waiting… waiting for hope, for truth, for someone to reach them with the message of Jesus Christ.

The gospel is free—but the pipeline to carry it isn’t.

It takes:
πŸ™ Prayer to open doors
πŸ”₯ Faith to step through them
πŸ’ Resources to sustain the mission

At Pilgrim Outreach Ministries International, we are committed to going where God sends us—reaching souls, serving communities, and bringing the life-changing message of Christ to those who need it most.

But we cannot do this alone.

If God has ever touched your life through someone else…
If you’ve ever been on the receiving end of grace…
If you know what it means to be lifted in a moment of need…

Then today, consider being that blessing for someone else.

πŸ‘‰ Help us help them.
πŸ‘‰ Be part of the harvest.
πŸ‘‰ Pay it forward.

⛪ More Than a Seat: Rediscovering the Purpose of Gathering

Hebrews 10:25 reminds us not to forsake assembling together—but let’s be clear: going to church was never meant to be a routine checkbox. It was designed to be a living, breathing experience of authentic worship, meaningful community, and real spiritual growth.

Church isn’t about showing up out of obligation or fear—it’s about showing up with purpose.

When we gather, we encourage one another. We pray for one another. We strengthen one another. That’s the heartbeat of the Church. Not perfection—but connection. Not performance—but presence.

Faith was never meant to stay inside four walls. It’s meant to be lived out daily—through love, service, compassion, and truth. You don’t prove your faith by occupying a seat on Sunday—you reveal it by how you live Monday through Saturday.

Yes, doing life together can get messy. People are imperfect. Feelings get hurt. Misunderstandings happen. But growth happens there too. Healing happens there. Grace is learned there.

As voices like Dr. Tony Evans and John Pavlovitz have echoed in different ways—faith is not about empty routine, but real relationship. Gathering matters—but it must be rooted in a genuine desire to walk with Christ, not just appear religious.

So don’t let past wounds, disappointments, or excuses keep you from what God is calling you to. If you’ve been hurt, God sees it. And He heals. If you’ve stepped away, God is still calling you back—not to religion, but to relationship.

When believers come together with sincerity and humility, something powerful happens. We are sharpened. We are strengthened. We are reminded that we are not alone.

And that… is a beautiful thing.

I’m praying for you today—especially if your journey with the Church has been difficult. May God restore, heal, and renew your heart as you seek Him and learn to love His people again.

🎀 Faith Under Fire: Teen Magazine Sixteen Interviews Pastor James Langston

Teen Magazine Sixteen recently sat down with Pastor James Langston, Senior Pastor of Pilgrim Outreach Ministries International, to discuss his powerful and deeply personal book, Crumbs from the Master’s Table (2nd Edition). What unfolded was more than an interview—it was a message for a generation searching for truth, resilience, and hope.

Interviewer: Pastor James, thank you for taking the time to speak with us. How are you, and how would you like to be addressed?
Pastor James: I’m doing well, thank you. And I appreciate you making the trip. I’m old-school—“Pastor James” works just fine.

Interviewer: Let’s dive in. Tell us about your book, Crumbs from the Master’s Table (2nd Edition).
Pastor James: This book is for people whose faith has been bruised, battered, and broken—but who still refuse to let go of even a mustard seed of belief.

Interviewer: That’s powerful. What does that look like in real life?
Pastor James: Simply put, it means life has thrown everything it has at you. You’ve been hit hard—emotionally, spiritually—but even when your knees buckle, you still won’t quit believing God.

Interviewer: That resonates. Will younger readers—especially Gen Z—connect with this message?
Pastor James: Absolutely. And when they read it, many will say, “This isn’t what I expected.” It goes deeper. It meets you where you are—and challenges you to rise.

Interviewer: Thank you again for your time. We truly appreciate your insight and heart behind this message.
Pastor James: Thank you. I enjoyed the conversation. We’ve got complimentary copies for you and your team—travel safely, and God bless.

πŸ“– Crumbs from the Master’s Table (2nd Edition) is not just a book—it’s a lifeline for those holding on by faith when everything else says let go. Get your copy today: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0FGHK1KWK

πŸ•Š️ Who Are You Talking To? — The Conversation That Matters Most

I passed two people a few days ago. Their conversation was all too familiar…

One said, “I feel like I need to talk to my therapist.”
The other asked, “Why?”
The reply came, “I need someone to talk to about my problems.”

And in that moment, a thought came strong and clear:
Why not talk to Jesus?

Then reality answered back…
Because people would rather talk to someone they can see, than someone they’ve been told is just a “crutch for the weak.”

But what if that assumption is wrong?

In Bible, in Matthew 11:28, Jesus makes an invitation that no human being can match:
“Come unto me, all ye that labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.”

The Greek word used for “rest” is anapauō—not just a pause… but refreshment, relief from toil, and deep spiritual renewal.

Not temporary coping.
Not surface-level conversation.
But true restoration from the inside out.

Here’s the truth we often overlook:
We spend so much time trying to be understood… that we forget to go to the One who already understands.

We search for answers in voices around us…
While ignoring the Voice that calls us.

The Gospel message is simple, yet life-changing:
We bring the sin, the burden, the brokenness… and He brings the Savior.

This is not about rejecting help from others—
It’s about recognizing that no one can do what Jesus does.

So today, ask yourself:
Who are you really talking to?
And are they able to give you what your soul truly needs?

If you’re tired… weary… carrying more than you should…
There is still an open invitation.

Come as you are.
Talk to Him.
And experience the rest you’ve been searching for.
