🎉✨ HAPPY NEW YEAR 2026 ✨🎉

From Pastor James Langston, his wife Cecilia, and the entire Pilgrim Outreach Ministries family, we wish you a happy, safe, blessed, and prosperous New Year.

As we step into 2026, we do so with gratitude for where God has brought us—and faith for where He is leading us. May this new year be marked by renewed strength, deeper faith, and open doors for purpose, peace, and promise.

New Year's Poem

A page turns softly, a new dawn appears,
Grace writes tomorrow, hope quiets our fears.
With faith as our compass and love as our way,
God walks us forward—one step, one day.

May 2026 be a year of clarity, courage, and Christ-centered living for you and your family.

🌍 PILGRIM OUTREACH MINISTRIES — TAKING THE GOSPEL TO THE WORLD 🌍

At Pilgrim Outreach Ministries, our mission is simple, biblical, and urgent:
“Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel.”

This is not just a verse to us—it is our mandate, our calling, and our life’s work.

✝️ Our Mission

We exist to proclaim the Gospel of Jesus Christ to the nations, reaching souls with truth, hope, and salvation. Everywhere God opens a door—villages, cities, schools, churches, and communities—we step through it with the message that Jesus saves, heals, restores, and transforms lives.

🔭 Our Vision

We believe ministry must touch the whole person
mind, body, soul, and spirit.

That’s why our vision includes:
• 🚑 Mobile medical and dental vans to bring care to underserved communities
• ⛺ Tent revival meetings where the Word is preached boldly and clearly
• 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Ministering to entire families, not just individuals
• 🏛️ Church planting to establish lasting, Bible-centered fellowships
• 📖 Teaching and discipleship that grounds believers in Scripture

🇵🇭 Our Work in the Philippines

God has opened powerful doors for ministry in the Philippines. Through preaching, teaching, and proclaiming the Gospel, we have seen lives changed and hearts awakened. Our work also includes building projects, local partnerships, community outreach, and hands-on ministry that meets both spiritual and practical needs.

❤️ What We’re All About

At the heart of everything we do is one purpose:
Reaching souls with the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

We are not driven by numbers, recognition, or trends—but by obedience to God and compassion for people.

🤝 How You Can Link Up With Us

You can be part of this global work in three powerful ways:

🙏 Pray — Your prayers open doors no human effort ever could
🔥 Believe — Stand in faith with us for souls, provision, and protection
💝 Support — Faithful financial support helps us go, build, preach, and serve

Together, we can reach further, love deeper, and impact more lives for Christ.

“Strength for the Step You’re On”

It’s easy to feel overwhelmed when you think about everything at once—the expectations, the responsibilities, the unknowns. When life feels like too much, we often forget a simple truth: God rarely reveals the whole path at once. He gives light for the step you’re standing on.

You don’t need strength for the entire journey today.
You only need strength for this moment.
And God is faithful to supply exactly that.

📖 Isaiah 41:10 says,
“So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with My righteous right hand.”

Notice what God promises.
He doesn’t promise the absence of difficulty—but His presence in it.
He doesn’t remove every fear—but He replaces it with assurance.

That means when you feel weak, God strengthens.
When you feel alone, God is near.
When you feel unsure, God upholds you.

You are not required to figure everything out before you move forward. Obedience often begins with one faithful step, not a complete plan. Trust grows as you walk, not before you start walking.

Today, choose faith over fear.
Choose trust over tension.
And remember—God is walking with you, step by step.

🙏 Morning Prayer

Father, thank You for walking with me today. When I feel uncertain or overwhelmed, remind me that You are my strength and my help. Give me courage for the step in front of me and peace for what I cannot yet see. I trust You to uphold me and guide my path. I commit this day to You. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

✝️ QUESTION OF THE WEEK
From Jordan, 16 — Mesa, Arizona

“Hi, Pastor James. I’m kind of nervous asking this, but here it goes…

I feel pressured to fit in at school and online. Everyone seems so confident about who they are and what they believe. I act like I’m okay, but inside I’m confused about my identity, my faith, and where I belong.

If I really trust God, why do I still feel insecure and afraid of rejection? How do I stay true to my faith when I just want to be accepted?”

Hi Jordan — thank you for your courage in asking a question many teens and young adults carry silently.

What you’re feeling doesn’t mean something is wrong with you. It means you’re growing. Insecurity often appears just before clarity.

Here’s what I want you to hear clearly:
Wanting to belong is human — learning who you belong to is spiritual.

The world says, “Change yourself to be accepted.”
God says, “Come as you are, and I’ll shape you with purpose.”

✨ Your worth is not measured by likes or popularity.
✨ Feeling unsure does not cancel your faith — it deepens it.
✨ You don’t need to know who you’ll be forever — just who you trust today.

When insecurity whispers lies, pray this:

“Lord, remind me who I am in You.
Help me value Your voice above every other.”

You were never created to blend in — you were created to belong to God. Confidence comes from standing firm in Him.

📘 You Say This, But What Does the Bible Say About It?

Stay grounded. Stay honest. Stay close to God. You are not lost — you are being led.

Standing at the Edge of Time: The Final Days of 2025

This week marks the final three days of 2025.

That simple statement carries more weight than we often allow ourselves to feel. Three days. A handful of hours. A few remaining moments that will quietly close the door on another year of our lives—forever.

It raises a sobering but necessary question:
Where will you be, or what will you be doing, when the clock rolls into 2026?

Many will be celebrating. Some will be sleeping. Others will be working. But beyond the moment itself lies an even more important question—one that deserves honest reflection:

What will you do with the days that follow, from January 1, 2026 through December 31, 2026?

Time has a way of moving forward without asking our permission. It does not slow down for unfinished conversations, delayed obedience, or postponed decisions. It simply marches on. And with each passing year, one truth becomes increasingly clear: none of us are getting any younger.

The Gift—and Responsibility—of Time

The closing days of a year invite us to pause, to take inventory, and to consider how we have stewarded the time entrusted to us. Time is one of God’s most precious gifts, yet it is also one of the most easily wasted. Once a moment passes, it can never be reclaimed.

The question is not whether time will pass—it will.
The question is whether we will pass through it intentionally.

What did this year teach you?
What did it reveal about your priorities?
Where did you grow—and where did you drift?

These are not questions meant to condemn, but to clarify.

Finishing Strong, Beginning Well

As these final days of 2025 unfold, my prayer for you is simple and sincere: that you have an awesome, productive, and purposeful work week as the year draws to a close. Finish what can be finished. Release what must be released. Carry forward the lessons worth keeping.

And as 2026 dawns, may you step into it with renewed vision, deeper faith, and a heart prepared for what lies ahead. A new year is more than a change on the calendar—it is an opportunity to realign our lives with what truly matters.

Let 2026 be a year marked by:

  • Clear priorities

  • Intentional living

  • Faith-driven decisions

  • Purposeful service

  • A renewed commitment to what God has called you to do

Walking Forward Together

At Pilgrim Outreach Ministries, we remain committed to encouraging believers to live with purpose, faith, and eternal perspective. As we move into a new year, we invite you to continue walking with us—praying, believing, serving, and reaching beyond ourselves for the sake of others.

Time is moving on, friends. Let us not drift into the New Year unaware—but step into it awake, prepared, and determined to live each day well.

Finish this year strong.
Begin the next one with purpose.

The Harvest Awaits: A Prayer and a Call for 2026

2026 will be here in a matter of hours.

As we stand on the threshold of a new year, there is no more fitting prayer for the days ahead than the words of Jesus Himself in Matthew 9:37–38:

“Then saith He unto His disciples, The harvest truly is plenteous, but the laborers are few;
Pray ye therefore the Lord of the harvest, that He will send forth laborers into His harvest.”

This must be our prayer for 2026.

The harvest is ready. Souls are searching. Hearts are open. Yet the need remains urgent—the laborers are still few. And this harvest is not confined to our neighborhoods or even our nation. It is local, national, and worldwide.

Just a few days ago, a young lady sent her first-ever donation to this ministry. She humbly called it her “seed faith”, sharing that more would follow. Though she and her family faithfully attend a local church, God has stirred her heart with something bigger—a worldwide vision. That is how the harvest begins: one obedient heart at a time.

Her story is a reminder to all of us.

Are we doing ALL we can to help gather the harvest?

This is the hour for the Church—not to retreat, not to delay, not to become distracted—but to refocus. To prepare our hearts, our minds, and yes, our finances, for the work that lies ahead. Because souls are at stake, and eternity is not a distant concept—it is a present reality.

The fields are white. The door is open. The question is not whether the harvest is ready.
The question is whether we are.

As we step into 2026, let us commit anew to praying, giving, going, and believing God for a global harvest that brings glory to His name.
