💔 WHY DO BAD THINGS HAPPEN TO GOOD PEOPLE?

It is one of the oldest, deepest, and most painful questions humanity has ever asked.

Why do bad things happen to good people?

Why do kind people suffer?
Why do children get sick?
Why do faithful people face heartbreak, loss, betrayal, tragedy, and pain?
Why does evil sometimes seem to prosper while good people struggle?

The honest truth is this: we do not always understand everything God allows.

But the Bible reminds us that we live in a fallen world — a world damaged by sin, brokenness, greed, hatred, sickness, violence, and death. Pain was never God’s original design for humanity, but sin opened the door to suffering, and all creation now groans beneath its weight.

Yet even in suffering, God has not abandoned us.

Some of life’s greatest testimonies, strongest faith, deepest compassion, and most powerful miracles were born in moments of pain. Sometimes God delivers us from the fire. Sometimes He walks with us through it. But He never leaves His children alone.

Job asked this question.
David asked this question.
Even Jesus wept.

So if you are hurting today, questioning today, grieving today, struggling today — you are not weak, faithless, or forgotten.

God still sees you.
God still loves you.
God still cares.

And one day, according to Scripture, there will come a time when sorrow, pain, suffering, sickness, tears, and death will finally end forever.

Until then, we hold onto faith.
We hold onto hope.
We hold onto Christ.

Because sometimes the greatest testimony is not that you avoided the storm — but that God carried you through it.
