📌 Question of the Week — April 27, 2026

From: Suzari (Soo Zah Ree), 17 — Meadowlands, Minnesota

Question:
“Pastor James, God delivered me from something years ago, but I still struggle with it. Am I truly saved if I keep falling into the same sin?”

Response:
Suzari, thank you for your honest and courageous question. You’re not alone—many believers wrestle with this very issue.

Let’s be clear: struggling with sin does not mean you are not saved. It means you are in a fight.

Salvation is not based on your perfection—it’s based on what Jesus Christ has already done for you. When you come to Him with a sincere heart, He forgives. First Epistle of John 1:9 reminds us that if we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive and cleanse us.

So why the struggle?

Because even after we are saved, we still contend with the flesh. But here’s the good news: you are no longer a slave to it. Epistle to the Romans 8:2 declares that the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus has made us free from the law of sin and death.

Victory is not found in trying harder—it’s found in trusting deeper.

Don’t give up. You are not disqualified, forgotten, or unloved. As long as you keep turning to Christ, He is working in you. Shift your focus from your struggle to the Cross—and over time, you will see change.

Take the next step:
Confess. Repent. Keep believing. Keep going.

You are still His—even in the struggle.

Suzari, we’re praying for you. And if you’d like, with your parents’ permission, reach out—we would be honored to send you a copy of Your First Steps in Walking with God.

Something Is Shifting—Are You Ready?

Something has changed in our world—drastically, yet quietly.

It’s not always loud. It’s not always obvious. But if you’re paying attention, you can sense it. A shift. A stirring. A revealing that is unfolding line upon line, here a little, there a little.

What once was hidden is beginning to surface. What once seemed distant now feels near.

But here’s the hope in the middle of it all:

As the world changes, the opportunities for the Gospel are increasing.

Doors are opening. Hearts are searching. People are asking questions they never asked before. And in this moment, the message of Jesus Christ is more needed—and more powerful—than ever.

This is not the time to step back.
This is the time to step forward.

At Pilgrim Outreach Ministries International, we are believing God for a powerful week of impact—souls reached, lives changed, and hope restored.

But we cannot do it alone.

We need your prayers.
We need your faith.
And if the Lord places it on your heart, we welcome your support.

Together, we can reach further than we ever could apart.

You do your part—
And trust God with the rest.

Let’s not miss this moment.

If this message speaks to you, share it. Someone else needs to hear it.

🌿 Blessed to Be a Blessing — Words of Encouragement (April 27)

📖 “God shall bless us; and all the ends of the earth shall fear Him.”Book of Psalms 67:7

God’s blessings were never meant to stop with us—they were meant to flow through us.

When Scripture says God will bless us, it reveals more than provision—it reveals purpose. His blessings are not just for comfort or personal gain, but for impact. They are given so that others—near and far—might see His goodness and turn their hearts toward Him.

“All the ends of the earth” reminds us that our lives have a reach beyond what we can see. Every resource, relationship, and opportunity we’ve been given carries eternal significance.

When we shift our perspective, everything changes.

We stop asking, “What can I gain?”
And begin asking, “How can God use this?”

Your kindness can point someone to Christ.
Your generosity can restore hope.
Your testimony can open a door that nothing else could.

We are not just blessed—we are called to be a blessing.

So today, don’t just count what you have.
Use what you have—for His glory.

🙏 Prayer:
Lord, thank You for every blessing in my life. Teach me to steward it well. Let my life reflect Your goodness so others may come to know You. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

If this encouraged you, share it—someone else needs this reminder today.

Before We Complain—Let’s Remember

Another week is upon us. We close out April and step into May—a new season, a fresh opportunity, and a moment to reflect.

Our nation is not perfect. No nation is. We have challenges, divisions, and concerns that cannot be ignored. But even with its flaws, America remains one of the greatest bastions of freedom in the world.

Before we rush to complain, pause and consider this:

What if you had been born in countries like Cuba, North Korea, China, Russia, Iran, or Afghanistan?

In many of these places, freedoms we often take for granted—speech, worship, expression—are restricted, monitored, or even punished. The ability to openly speak your mind, share your faith, or gather without fear is not guaranteed.

There’s an old saying: “You never miss the water till the well runs dry.”

Freedom is much the same way.

It’s easy to overlook what we have when we see what we don’t. But gratitude brings perspective—and perspective brings responsibility.

Yes, we can acknowledge what needs to change. Yes, we should stand for truth and righteousness. But let us also be thankful for the freedoms we still possess—and wise enough to protect them.

As we step into this new week and new month, let’s do more than complain.
Let’s reflect. Let’s appreciate. Let’s pray. And let’s do our part to ensure that what we have today is not lost tomorrow.

If this message speaks to you, share it. Someone needs the reminder.

What Are We Sowing as a Nation?

Scripture Reference: Epistle to the Galatians 6:7

“Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap.”

Take a moment and look around.

Our world has changed. Our society has shifted. Even the way we raise our children is different. But here is the question we must ask—has it been for the better?

School shootings.
Mall shootings.
Teen suicides.
Corrupt politicians and backroom deals.
The rise of sports betting and drug culture.
Hatred, division, and deep discontentment.
Lawlessness spreading across nations.
Justice influenced by power, money, and position.

We see it. We feel it. We know something is wrong.

And yet, we continue sowing the same seeds—while expecting a different harvest.

Epistle to the Galatians 6:7 reminds us of an unchanging truth: what we plant, we will eventually reap. This is not just personal—it is national. It is generational.

We say something must be done—but what?

We’ve tried policies, programs, reforms, and systems. Some have helped. Many have failed. But what if the answer is not just external—but spiritual?

Why not return to what God has already said?

Second Book of Chronicles 7:14 gives us a path forward:

“If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.”

The solution may not be popular—but it is powerful.

Humility.
Prayer.
Repentance.
A return to God.

If we want a different harvest, we must sow different seeds.

The future of our nation is not just in policies—it is in the posture of our hearts.

If this message speaks to you, share it. Let’s start the change where it matters most.
