Giving Tuesday – Invest in Souls | March 17, 2026

On March 17, 2026, Pilgrim Outreach Ministries International is inviting friends, partners, and believers around the world to participate in our Giving Tuesday Fundraiser—a day dedicated to advancing the Gospel and bringing hope to communities in the Philippines.

Our ministry is working to expand its outreach by building a missions outreach center, purchasing mobile medical and dental vans, acquiring outreach buses, and providing a large evangelistic tent to reach villages and communities with little or no access to the Gospel.

Every day, Americans make investments in things they enjoy. Many of us regularly shop at places like Amazon, Walmart, and Target—stores where billions of dollars are spent each year. There’s nothing wrong with buying the things we need. But imagine the eternal impact if we also invested in souls.

When you give to missions, you are helping provide medical care to the hurting, hope to struggling families, and the message of Jesus Christ to those who have never heard it before.

What you invest today could very well touch and change a life tomorrow.

At Pilgrim Outreach Ministries International, we are committed to finishing our race for the Lord strong, and with your partnership, we can reach even further into the Philippines and beyond.

Please prayerfully consider supporting this effort on Giving Tuesday, March 17, 2026.

Together, we can make a difference.

53 Years of Grace: The Day Everything Changed

I am still amazed every time I hear a testimony of salvation. There is something powerful about hearing how God reaches into a person’s life and changes everything in a moment.

To this day, I remember mine.

In May of 1973, a traveling circus came to town. Like many young people, I went—not for the circus itself—but to roller-skate. Unfortunately, skating was something I could not do very well. My attempt ended with a broken leg.

While my leg was healing, something unexpected happened. I found a small gospel tract. At the back of it was a simple prayer of salvation. I read the words, and in that moment something far greater than physical healing took place—I was born again.

That was 53 years ago, and by the grace of God, I am still living for the Lord today.

Looking back, I see how God used what seemed like an accident to bring about a divine appointment. A broken leg led to a healed soul. What the enemy may have meant for harm, God used for eternal good.

Salvation stories matter. They remind us that God is still calling people, still saving souls, and still transforming lives.

We would love to hear your testimony.
Tell us how God saved you and changed your life. Your story could encourage someone else who is searching for hope.

When Prayer Is All You Have—It Becomes Everything

Prayer changes things. Prayer restores things. Prayer heals things.

Some people pray out of habit. Others pray out of routine. But there are those who pray because prayer is their only hope left. When the doctors have done all they can… when the finances fall apart… when the heart is broken, and the road forward seems impossible—prayer becomes the lifeline that connects us to God.

The Bible reminds us in Jeremiah 29:13, “And you shall seek Me and find Me, when you shall search for Me with all your heart.”

Over the years, we have witnessed remarkable testimonies through the power of prayer:

“Pastor James prayed for my mother and identified the exact heart problem we hadn’t mentioned. She walked out of the hospital healed.”

“Doctors diagnosed me with a heart murmur. After Pastor James prayed, the follow-up echocardiogram showed no murmur.”

“I needed a financial miracle. Pastor James prayed, and two days later an unexpected check arrived in the mail.”

These are not stories meant to draw attention to a person—but to the power of God who hears and answers prayer.

James 5:16 reminds us: “The effectual and fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much.”

If you are facing a challenge—spiritual, physical, emotional, or financial—you do not have to carry it alone. We would be honored to pray with you and for you.

Start the Week with Purpose

A new week has begun, and with it comes a fresh opportunity to make a difference in someone’s life.

Why not start the week off right with a donation and commitment to support the ongoing work of Pilgrim Outreach Ministries International in the Philippines?

Every day, there are men, women, and children who are searching for hope—people who need encouragement, prayer, and the life-changing message of Jesus Christ. Through the work of this ministry, lives are being touched, hearts are being healed, and the Gospel is reaching places where hope once seemed distant.

But this mission does not happen alone.

It happens because people like you choose to stand with us.

Your gift—whether large or small—can help someone hear a message of hope that could transform their life forever. It can help bring the Gospel to communities that are hungry for truth, compassion, and faith. It can encourage people who may feel forgotten or overlooked.

When you support this work, you become part of something much bigger than a single moment or a single donation. You become a partner in spreading hope, faith, and the love of Christ to the nations.

So as this week begins, consider taking a simple step that could have an eternal impact.

Please help us help them.

When We Finally Cry Out

There is an old saying that until a person comes face-to-face with their unmovable rock, they will never truly cry out to the Lord for help.

Pain has a way of stripping away illusions. It humbles pride, silences excuses, and forces us to confront the reality of where we are and who we really are. In a perfect world, we would seek God first—before the storm, before the heartbreak, before the crisis. But because of the scars of the Fall, many people only look upward when life presses them downward.

Yet here is the good news: pain can be a teacher.

It can awaken a sleeping soul.
It can soften a hardened heart.
It can bring a wandering life back to God.

If you find yourself at the lowest point of your life right now—emotionally, spiritually, financially, or physically—you may feel like everything around you is collapsing. But heaven often does its greatest work in moments like these.

Your lowest place can become the birthplace of your miracle.

Scripture reminds us that when we call upon the Lord, He answers. Not sometimes. Not occasionally. But faithfully.

All He asks is that we cry out to Him with sincerity and faith.

So if you feel overwhelmed today, do not give up. Instead, do what countless people before you have done in their darkest hour:

Call on the Lord.
Cry out to Him.
He hears.
He answers.
And He still performs miracles.

Title: The Gift That Keeps on Giving

I’m sending this message from our March 15 Sunday morning church service. Normally I wouldn’t post during a service, but something my pastor said truly resonated in my spirit:

“When you support the work of God, it’s the gift that keeps on giving.”

Some of you reading this today may be struggling—physically, spiritually, financially, or in your home, family, or career. Perhaps you’re quietly wondering if God sees your situation or if He will help you through it.

Let me assure you personally: He can, and He will.

But there are a few things Scripture consistently teaches us to do.

First, pray. Pray for your church (if you have one). Pray for your family. Pray for those who are laboring to take the Gospel to the world. And yes—please pray for us.

Second, believe. Believe that God is able to do exactly what He has promised. Faith is not wishful thinking; it is confidence in the character and power of God.

Third, participate. Become actively involved in supporting ministries that are faithfully, boldly, and unapologetically proclaiming the Gospel of Jesus Christ. When you give, pray, and stand with those carrying the message of Christ to the nations, you become part of something eternal.

At Pilgrim Outreach Ministries International, we are working to reach communities throughout the Philippines with the life-changing message of Jesus Christ. Through missions, outreach, and compassionate ministry, lives are being touched every day.
