Lord Jesus, I come to You today just as I am. I confess that I am a sinner and that I cannot save myself. I believe that You died on the cross for my sins and that God raised You from the dead. Today, I confess You as my Lord and Savior. Come into my heart, forgive me, cleanse me, and make me new. From this day forward, I choose to follow You. Thank You for saving me. Amen.
