🌍 Pilgrim Outreach Ministries International — Faith in Action
🔗 pomitaly.homestead.com

Pilgrim Outreach Ministries International exists for one simple but powerful reason: to take the love of Christ beyond words and into action.

We are a faith-based, Christ-centered ministry with a global heartbeat and a hands-on mission—serving people spiritually, physically, and compassionately, especially in communities where hope is scarce and resources are limited.

📍 Where We Are
Our outreach extends from the United States to the Philippines and beyond, partnering with local churches, pastors, and communities to meet real needs where they exist.

🤲 What We Do
• Share the Gospel of Jesus Christ through teaching, preaching, and discipleship
• Support families with food, clothing, and essential resources
• Assist with medical and humanitarian outreach efforts
• Help pastors and churches reach their communities
• Care for the forgotten, the overlooked, and the struggling
• Invest in people—not just programs

We believe ministry is not just about what is preached, but about how love is lived.

🙏 How You Can Help
You can be part of this mission in three powerful ways:

1️⃣ Pray with Us
Prayer fuels everything we do. Pray for wisdom, protection, provision, and open hearts as we serve.

2️⃣ Join Your Faith With Ours
Stand with us in believing God for transformed lives, strengthened communities, and lasting impact.

3️⃣ Give as You Are Led
Your financial support helps us go where help is needed most—feeding families, supporting outreach, and spreading hope. Every gift, large or small, makes a difference.

Pilgrim Outreach Ministries International is committed to being His hands, His feet, His heart, and His voice—one home, one family, one soul at a time.

Thank you for standing with us. Together, we are making an eternal difference.

🙏 A Prayer for Professional Athletes Around the World
🔗 https://zurl.co/hML2

To the outside observer, the life of a professional athlete can look like a dream fulfilled—fame, success, financial reward, and admiration. But behind the lights, the applause, and the highlights exists a reality few truly see.

Relentless pressure to perform.
Mistrust about who is genuine.
Jealousy and envy from others—and sometimes within.
The loneliness of being celebrated publicly while carrying battles privately.

Many of these men and women are pushed to the limits of human endurance—emotionally, physically, spiritually, and mentally.

So today, we pause to pray.

Father God,
We lift up professional athletes across the world—those competing on global stages and those striving quietly behind the scenes. You see beyond the contracts, the rankings, and the trophies. You see the person beneath the uniform.

Guard their hearts against isolation, pride, despair, and exhaustion. Surround them with people who are honest, loyal, and grounded in truth. Give them discernment to know who walks with them genuinely and who does not.

When pressure weighs heavily, be their peace.
When expectations feel crushing, be their anchor.
When injuries, criticism, or setbacks threaten their identity, remind them that their worth is not measured by performance, but by Your love.

Strengthen them physically, but also emotionally and spiritually. Heal hidden wounds no trainer can see. Restore weary minds. Protect them from the lies that say they must carry everything alone.

May they know that success does not define them—and failure does not undo them. You do.

We ask that Your presence would meet them in locker rooms, on fields, in quiet hotel rooms, and in moments when the noise finally fades. Be their refuge, their truth, and their strength.

In Jesus’ name, Amen.

“Strength for the Moment You’re In”

One of the quiet burdens many carry is the pressure to stay strong all the time. Strong for family. Strong for work. Strong for expectations that never seem to ease. We push ourselves to keep going, even when our hearts feel tired and our faith feels stretched thin.

But God never asked you to draw strength from yourself.

Strength was never meant to be self-generated. It was meant to be received. God supplies what you need as you need it—not all at once, not in advance, but faithfully and on time.

You don’t have to be strong enough for the whole journey today.
You only need strength for this step—and God promises that much.

📖 Isaiah 40:29–31 says,
“He gives strength to the weary and increases the power of the weak.
Even youths grow tired and weary, and young men stumble and fall;
but those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength.”

God does not shame weakness—He meets it.
He does not wait for you to recover—He renews you.
He does not demand endurance—He provides strength.

When your energy runs low, God remains sufficient.
When your resolve feels thin, God restores it.
When you feel worn down, hope lifts you up again.

You are not weak because you’re tired—you’re human.
And God has always been faithful to humans who lean on Him.

Today, stop measuring yourself by what you can no longer carry.
Measure your day by the strength God is ready to give.

You are upheld.
You are renewed.
You are sustained by God Himself.

🙏 Morning Prayer

Father, I come to You aware of my need today. I ask You to renew my strength and help me trust You with each step. Teach me to wait on You without fear or guilt. Order my thoughts, steady my heart, and lead me forward in Your peace. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

✝️ QUESTION OF THE WEEK
From Ethan, 16 — Spokane, Washington
February 9, 2026

“Hi, Pastor James. I’m not even sure how to explain this without sounding strange, but I’ll try…

I feel lonely even when I’m around people. I’m connected all the time—group chats, social media, school—but I still feel invisible. Everyone else seems confident about who they are and where they’re going, and I feel like I’m pretending most days.

Some nights I feel anxious for no clear reason. Other times I just feel numb. I pray, but I don’t always know what to say, and then I feel guilty for not feeling more ‘faithful.’

Is it normal to feel this disconnected and unsure? And how do I keep my faith real when I don’t even understand what I’m feeling?”

Hi Ethan — thank you for trusting me with a question many young people feel but rarely voice.

Let me say this clearly: what you’re describing is more common than you think, and it does not mean something is wrong with you.

Loneliness in a connected world is one of the quiet struggles of your generation. Being surrounded by people does not guarantee being seen. God understands that ache, and He does not shame you for it.

✨ You do not have to have yourself figured out to be deeply loved by God.
✨ Feeling numb or anxious does not mean your prayers are failing.
✨ Faith is not about always feeling close — it’s about choosing to stay honest.

When words feel hard to find, pray this:
“God, You see me even when I don’t understand myself. Please stay near.”

You are not invisible to God. You are not behind. And you are not alone in this season — even when it feels that way.

💼 A New Work Week Begins | January 26 – February 2

A new work week is upon us—and not just any week. This marks the final stretch of January, a quiet bridge between what has already passed and what is still unfolding.

As you step into this week, remember:
You don’t have to do everything—just the next right thing.
You don’t have to have every answer—just a willing heart.
You don’t have to feel strong—strength often shows up after obedience.

Some of you are carrying heavy workloads. Others are navigating uncertainty, deadlines, responsibilities, or decisions that don’t pause just because the calendar turns. Take courage—you were not brought this far to be left unsupported.

Let this be a week of:
• steady focus, not overwhelm
• faith-filled effort, not fear-driven striving
• progress, even if it comes one step at a time

Whether you’re clocking in, caring for others, building something new, or simply holding things together—your work matters. What you do today contributes to where you’ll stand tomorrow.

We are praying that this week—January 26 through February 2—will be productive, peaceful, and purposeful for you.

🕊️ Thought for Today — January 26, 2026

We must face the world as it truly is—not as we think it is, and not as we wish it to be.

Scripture reminds us why this matters. Our perceptions, emotions, and assumptions are often unreliable guides when left unchecked. The prophet Jeremiah captured this truth with sobering clarity:

“The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately wicked: who can know it?”
(Jeremiah 17:9)

This is not a message of despair—it is a call to discernment. When we rely solely on our feelings or personal interpretations, we risk confusing desire with truth and comfort with wisdom. God’s Word invites us to see clearly, think honestly, and submit our understanding to Him rather than trusting our own instincts.

Truth does not bend to opinion. Reality does not shift with preference. But God’s Word stands firm—unchanging, faithful, and trustworthy.

Today, let us ask the Lord to search our hearts, renew our minds, and align our thinking with His truth. Only then can we walk wisely in a world that often blurs the line between what feels right and what is right.
