πŸ™ˆ Are You Ashamed of Jesus Christ?

When Good Isn’t Good Enough, and Faith Must Be More Than a Facade

We’re living in a time of blurred lines.

The moral compass of society is spinning, and so is our ability to discern who truly follows Jesus Christ. It’s becoming increasingly complex to distinguish the Christian in conviction from the Christian in camouflage.

We’re reminded of the old Memorex cassette commercial that asked, “Is it live, or is it Memorex?” Today, the question is:
Is it real faith… or just a religious performance?

✅ What Looks Like Christianity… But Isn’t

You might go to church.
You may avoid the “big sins” like lust, greed, envy, wrath, gluttony, sloth, or pride.
You might treat your family right, drink responsibly, and keep your promises.

These are admirable traits, yes—but none of them make you a Christian.

Being moral does not equal being born again.
Being kind does not equal being Kingdom-minded.
Being "good" is not the same as being saved.

✝️ What Defines a Christian?

According to Scripture, a Christian is:

πŸ”Ή One who has admitted they are a sinner
πŸ”Ή One who believes that Jesus Christ is the Son of God
πŸ”Ή One who has confessed Him as Lord of their life
πŸ”Ή One who has been transformed from the inside out
(Romans 10:9–10)

It’s not enough to look like a follower. You must become one.

Jesus isn’t just Savior—He must be Lord.
He must own your decisions, your desires, your destiny.

πŸ”₯ A Soul Check for the Last Days

Let’s be honest with ourselves:

  • Has Jesus truly taken residence in your heart?

  • Have you ever personally led someone to salvation?

  • Do you hate sin, not just avoid it?

  • Are you striving, by God’s grace, to walk in holiness, not just in public decency?

  • Do you share the whole Gospel with your friends—or only the parts that won’t offend them?

These questions demand urgent answers.
Because the time is short.
Jesus is coming soon.

The days of lukewarm faith are over.
This is the time to be bold, unashamed, and unmistakably His.

🧭 A Final Word

Don’t be a silent saint.
Don’t live incognito in a world desperately needing light.

“For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth…” – Romans 1:16

If Jesus died for us publicly, why would we live for Him privately?

πŸ•―️ Make today the day you draw a line in the sand.
Step out of hiding. Step into your calling.
Don’t just be a Christian in word—be one in power.

πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ We Inscribed "In God We Trust"... But Forgot to Inscribe Him on Our Hearts

There is a stillness in the air—one that feels like the quiet before a storm.
And yet, the storm is already here.

We are a nation paralyzed with fear—fear of the unknown, fear of failure, fear of truth, and most of all, fear of surrendering to the God we say we trust.

Everywhere you look, people are fighting for a cause. We protest, we post, we shout, we sign. But after the banners come down and the speeches end, we’re still losing the battle.

Why? Because we’ve forgotten that true change doesn’t begin in Washington—it begins in the heart.

⚠️ The Real Crisis

We’ve lost faith in our leaders, yet we’ve stubbornly refused to put our faith in the Lord of Lords.

We’ve etched “In God We Trust” into our currency…
but not into our conscience.
Not into our culture.
Not into our character.

We want revival without repentance, progress without prayer, blessings without obedience.

Many cry out to bring back the Ten Commandments, but as necessary and foundational as they are, doing so without acknowledging the God who spoke them is like placing a bandaid on a broken dam.

“Returning to the Ten Commandments without returning to the God who gave them is as futile as sticking your finger in a dike that is bursting.”

πŸ”₯ What We Truly Need

It’s time we return not to principles alone, but to a Person
The God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob.
The Father of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.

Not just to a creed, but to Christ Himself.
Not to religious tradition, but to radical surrender.

πŸ•Š️ A Cry for Mercy

O God, help us.
Shake us from our apathy.
Break through our pride.
Restore what the years of rebellion have stolen.
Let us not perish in a storm of our own making.

Let this not be another day of drifting—but the day we return.

✝️ May we turn our eyes once again to the Cross.
Because it is only by His wounds that we are healed.

The Will to Succeed – The Trailer That’s Changing Lives

πŸ“… As of July 15, 2025, now available on Amazon in paperback, hardcover, and Kindle eBook
πŸ“– Order your copy today

🎬 "OFF THE CHAIN." No Other Words Needed.

That’s the only way to describe the official video trailer for The Will to Succeed (2nd Edition).

What began as a burden on my heart has now become a blazing testimony to the power of perseverance. This trailer doesn’t just promote a book—it declares hope for the hopeless, strength for the weary, and faith for the broken.

It brings the stories of 11 courageous women to life.
Women who were written off—but God wrote them back in.
Women who were wounded—but refused to let the wound be their ending.
Women who cried out, “Lord, how long?”—and received the strength to stand until.

πŸ’¬ What This Book Is All About

The Will to Succeed (2nd Edition) isn’t about perfection.
It’s about persistence.
It’s about what happens when faith refuses to die and love won’t let go.

Through heartbreak, poverty, abandonment, addiction, motherhood, and spiritual warfare—these women became walking evidence that God still restores, rebuilds, and revives.

Each chapter will make you say:

“That’s me… that’s my life… that’s my battle… but also, that can be my victory.”

πŸ”₯ What This Trailer Does

The trailer invites you not just to watch—but to feel.
To feel seen.
To feel called higher.
To believe again.

You’ll hear the heartbeat of women who lived the verses we often quote:

“Weeping may endure for a night, but joy comes in the morning.”
“They that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength…”
“Being confident of this very thing, that He who began a good work…”

This trailer is not hype—it’s healing.

πŸ“ Expanded Blog Version (for joybells49.blogspot.com)

Title: One Day. One Gift. One Soul at a Time. – #GivingTuesday 2025

Every year, the world pauses for #GivingTuesday—a global day of generosity. But for us, every day on the mission field is about giving. Giving time. Giving love. Giving hope. Giving Jesus.

We’re missionaries in the Philippines, serving communities that the world too often overlooks. We’ve prayed with families living in flood-ravaged homes. We’ve handed out rice and Bibles. We’ve stood in dirt roads proclaiming the Good News. And by God’s grace, we’ll keep going—because lives are being changed.

But we can’t do this alone.

Today, we’re inviting you to be part of something eternal. When you give, you're not just supporting a ministry—you’re sending the Gospel into places that may never hear it otherwise.

πŸ’§ Your gift can help dig a well.
🍚 Feed a family for a week.
πŸ“– Put a Bible in a student’s hands.
πŸ™ Send a missionary to someone desperate for prayer.

And yes—change one life forever.

“I know some may wonder, ‘Why should I help?’ My answer: Just pray. Ask the Lord if you should support this work. Then simply do what He tells you to do.” —James Langston

We’ve seen God multiply what seemed small. We’ve seen Him take a $1 donation and stretch it into a week of meals. We’ve seen Him heal, restore, and rebuild lives. That’s what this ministry is about—faith that acts and love that moves.

So today, before the day ends, we ask:

πŸ‘‰ Would you help us help them?
πŸ‘‰ Would you be the answer to someone’s prayer?

Visit: pomitaly.homestead.com
Pray. Give. Share. Believe with us.

Together, let’s make this Giving Tuesday unforgettable—for heaven’s sake.

πŸ“ EXPANDED BLOGPOST VERSION

Title: Before You Lay Down Tonight, Consider This…
Blog URL Suggestion: joybells49.blogspot.com

We greet you in the wonderful name of the Lord Jesus Christ.

By the time you read this, it might be the start of your day—or the final moment before your head hits the pillow. Wherever you are, whatever your situation, let this simple reminder settle in your heart:

You don’t have to do everything. But you can do something.

In our time on the mission field here in the Philippines, we’ve learned that the needs are constant—but so is God’s faithfulness. Every day we step out in faith. We pray. We serve. We stretch. And we trust.

But ministry doesn’t run on passion alone.

That’s why we’re asking you, humbly and sincerely, to do what you can—no more, no less.

Let’s break it down:

  • If 500 people gave just $1, that’s $500.

  • If 1,000 people gave just $1, that’s $1,000.

It may seem small. But it's not.
Because when you give with love, with faith, and with purpose, that dollar becomes something God can multiply.

It becomes a Bible in a village.
It becomes a meal for a hungry child.
It becomes gas for a motorcycle heading to a prayer meeting in the mountains.
It becomes a blessing with eternal impact.

We are missionaries on a missionary journey—living the Great Commission daily here in the Philippines. And we’re not asking for riches. We’re simply asking for partnership.

Please:

Pray for us—your prayers strengthen our hands and guard our path.
Believe God with us—your faith fuels our mission.
Give whatever God places on your heart—your obedience opens doors.

“Little is much when God is in it.”

We’re not trying to impress you with numbers or tug at your emotions. We’re just asking you to join us—in whatever way you can.

Let’s change the world—one prayer, one dollar, one soul at a time.
