🌍 A Divine Mandate to the Philippines — Help Us Reach Millions With the Gospel

Pilgrim Outreach Ministries International is a faith-based ministry born out of obedience to God’s call.

In 2011, God gave clear instructions to James Langston, a retired U.S. Navy veteran: proclaim the Gospel of Jesus Christ to the Philippines. What once seemed impossible has now become both the mandate and burden of this ministry. Doors have opened, faith has been stretched, and God has confirmed this calling time and again.

Before us are 5,821,000 precious souls who need to hear the saving message of Jesus Christ.

We humbly ask:
🙏 Please pray for us
🤝 Please extend your faith toward us
❤️ And prayerfully consider supporting our missionary efforts

If you are looking for a sound investment, there is no greater one than investing in the propagation of the Gospel. Eternity is the return.

📘 A Timely Wake-Up Call for a World Searching for Answers
Prophecy
by James Langston

The world is searching for answers—but far too often, it is searching in all the wrong places.

In Prophecy, James Langston delivers what may be his most urgent and necessary work to date. This is not a book written to sensationalize the future or stir fear, but to bring clarity, biblical grounding, and spiritual discernment to a generation living in unprecedented uncertainty.

If there is one book out of all those I have written that you need to read, this is it.

What Prophecy Is About

At its core, Prophecy calls readers back to a biblical understanding of prophecy—not as spectacle, but as God’s revealed truth spoken into real-world conditions. The message is both timeless and unmistakably current.

In the Prologue, readers are introduced to twelve prophecies that are unfolding even as these words are being written. In biblical numerology, the number twelve represents government—and that is no coincidence. One of the greatest crises facing the world today is not a lack of intelligence, innovation, or power, but a lack of godly leadership in government.

This book speaks directly to:

  • The spiritual vacuum in modern leadership

  • The role of prophecy as both foretelling and forthtelling

  • How nations drift when they abandon God’s order

  • Why discerning the times matters now more than ever

  • The responsibility of believers to stay watchful, grounded, and faithful

Prophecy is sober, Scripture-anchored, and unmistakably on point. It challenges readers—especially those in uniform, leadership, and public service—to reconsider where true authority, wisdom, and guidance come from.

Peace That Guards the Heart

One of the greatest battles we face each day is not what happens around us—but what happens within us.

Long before a word is spoken or a decision is made, the mind begins to race. Thoughts pile up. Worries multiply. We replay conversations, imagine outcomes, and rehearse fears that may never come to pass. By the time the day truly begins, many hearts are already exhausted.

God never intended for your heart to live under constant siege.

Peace, as Scripture presents it, is not fragile or circumstantial. Biblical peace is not the absence of trouble, noise, or uncertainty—it is the active presence of God standing guard over your inner life. It is a peace that does not depend on perfect conditions, but on a faithful God.

You were never meant to carry everything alone.

When anxiety tightens its grip, God does not shame you for feeling it. Instead, He invites you to bring it to Him—honestly, fully, and without pretense. What overwhelms you does not overwhelm Him.

You don’t have to solve everything today.
You don’t have to control tomorrow.
You only have to bring your heart to God—and He promises to keep it.

📖 Philippians 4:6–7 says,
“Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus."

🙏 Morning Prayer

Father, I bring my anxious thoughts and restless worries to You today. Guard my heart and mind with Your peace—the kind that cannot be explained by circumstances. Teach me to pray before I panic, to trust before I fear, and to rest before I rush ahead. I place every concern in Your hands and choose faith over worry. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

✝️ QUESTION OF THE WEEK
From Marcus, 17 — Raleigh, North Carolina
January 22, 2026

“Hi, Pastor James. I’ve been debating whether to ask this because I don’t want to sound weak or ungrateful, but I honestly don’t know who else to talk to…

I feel a constant pressure about money, the future, and whether I’ll ever be able to live a stable life. College feels overwhelming, jobs don’t seem to pay enough, and everything costs more than what people my age can afford.

On top of that, social media makes it feel like everyone else has it figured out — side hustles, perfect bodies, success stories — and I’m just trying to survive. I trust God, but sometimes I wonder how I’m supposed to have peace when the world feels so uncertain.

How do I stay hopeful and faithful when it feels like the odds are stacked against my generation?”

Hi Marcus — thank you for trusting me with a question so many young people are carrying silently.

Please hear this clearly: feeling overwhelmed by today’s pressures does not mean you lack faith. It means you are living honestly in a difficult moment in history.

Here is an important truth to hold onto:
God does not measure your life by how fast you succeed — He measures it by how faithfully you walk with Him.

The culture says, “Keep up or fall behind.”
God says, “Follow Me, and I will lead you through.”

✨ Your worth is not tied to income, likes, or comparison.
✨ Financial fear does not cancel God’s provision.
✨ This season is not your final chapter — it is your foundation.

When anxiety about the future rises, pray this:

“Lord, steady my heart.
Help me trust You with tomorrow while I obey You today.”

Hope is not pretending things are easy — it is choosing to believe God is faithful even when the road is unclear. You are not failing. You are growing.

I would like to send you a copy of the ministry’s latest book, 📘 You Say This, But What Does the Bible Say About It?
Please ask your parents for permission first, since I would need your mailing address.

Stay grounded. Stay patient. Stay connected to God. Your generation is not forgotten — God is shaping it for such a time as this.

🔗 Preview: https://jmp.sh/mXJNT3xo

This book examines what happens to individuals, institutions, and nations when hard-earned lessons are ignored or erased. Through historical moments, cultural shifts, and spiritual reflection, Langston exposes how forgetting weakens accountability, distorts meaning, and accelerates moral drift. It is a sobering call to remember—not to relive the past, but to learn from it before repeating it.

📖 You Say This, But What Does the Bible Say About It?

🔗 Preview: https://jmp.sh/HFg9cuEC

In an age of loud opinions and selective theology, this book asks one uncompromising question: What does Scripture actually say? Across thirteen challenging topics, Langston contrasts cultural assumptions with biblical truth, calling believers back to the Bible as the final authority—not feelings, trends, or traditions. This is a return-to-Scripture work written with clarity, conviction, and compassion.

📕 The Faces Behind Power

🔗 Preview: https://jmp.sh/HFg9cuEC

Pulling back the curtain on influence and authority, this book examines the forces shaping our world—political, cultural, institutional, and spiritual. What happens to a nation when it forgets?

In The Price of Forgetting, James Langston delivers a sobering, historically grounded, and spiritually discerning examination of what occurs when societies ignore hard-won lessons from the past. This is not a political rant or a sensational exposé—it is a measured, reflective work written for readers who sense that something deeper than policy, headlines, or leadership is at stake.

Drawing from real historical moments, national crises, cultural turning points, and moral crossroads, Langston asks a more difficult question than “What happened?”
He asks: “What changed afterward—and did it last?”

Each chapter explores how memory shapes meaning, how forgetting weakens accountability, and how moral drift accelerates when history is reduced to soundbites or rewritten altogether. With pastoral clarity and watchman urgency, the book challenges readers to recognize that forgetting is never neutral—it always comes with a cost.

This is a book for readers who believe that:

  • History still matters

  • Truth must be remembered, not revised

  • Spiritual amnesia has consequences

  • Reflection is necessary before renewal can occur

As George Santayana famously warned, “Those who cannot remember the past are condemned to repeat it.”
The Price of Forgetting confronts that truth head-on—and calls readers back to remembrance, responsibility, and resolve.
