❤️ Love That Lasts Beyond February 14 ❤️

Valentine’s Day comes with flowers, chocolates, cards, and candlelight. It is a beautiful reminder to pause and cherish the one who holds your heart.

But may I gently suggest something more?

Remember someone special today…
and then remember them as special for the next 365 days.

Love is not proven in a single post, bouquet, or dinner reservation. It is proven in the quiet consistency of everyday faithfulness. It is the small gestures. The soft apologies. The patient listening. The hand still reaching across the table after years of shared history.

For Cecilia and me, love has never been about a single date on the calendar. It has been about choosing each other through every season—through joy and trial, through laughter and tears, through the predictable and the unexpected.

Real love is not seasonal.
It is covenant.
It is daily.
It is deliberate.

So today, celebrate deeply. Speak kindly. Forgive quickly. Hold tightly.
And tomorrow—do it again.

Not just for roses wrapped in red,
Not just for words so sweetly said,
Not just for candles softly bright,
Or whispered dreams in fading light—

But for the mornings yet to come,
For steady hearts that beat as one,
For hands that hold when storms appear,
For faith that casts away all fear.

Love is more than fleeting days,
More than gifts or grand displays.
It’s choosing still, when feelings sway,
To kneel and trust, to stand and stay.

So here’s our prayer, sincere and true:
May lasting love belong to you.
Not just today when hearts align—
But every day, be Valentine.
