Pilgrim Outreach Ministries International is led by Pastor James Langston, a retired U.S. Navy veteran, longtime minister, author, and missionary. Alongside his wife, Cecilia, he has spent decades answering God’s call—first serving in Italy, and now continuing that work in the Philippines.

This ministry exists for one purpose:
to reach the lost, strengthen believers, and meet spiritual and practical needs in Jesus’ name.

What We’re Doing

• Sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ through teaching, preaching, and discipleship

• Supporting local churches and pastors

• Reaching families and individuals through outreach, encouragement, and prayer

• Building sustainable ministry efforts that point people to hope, truth, and eternal life
