Our New GoFundMe Campaign Is Now Live—And We Are Asking You to Help Us Take the First Step
There comes a time when prayer must be accompanied by a willingness to step forward in faith.
For Pilgrim Outreach Ministries International, that time is now.
After much prayer, planning, discussion, and consideration of the work God has placed before us in the Philippines, we have launched our new GoFundMe campaign:

Our Phase One goal is $100,000.
Yes, that is a substantial amount of money. But the needs before us are substantial as well.
Our long-range vision for the Philippines is much larger—approximately $1.9 million when the various ministry, outreach, facilities, equipment, educational, humanitarian, and development needs are considered.
But we are not trying to climb the entire mountain in one step.
We are beginning with the first $100,000.
WHY ARE WE RAISING THESE FUNDS?
Our vision for the Philippines extends far beyond conducting an occasional ministry event.
We are working toward a sustainable missionary presence that can reach children, families, and communities through:
• Evangelism and church planting
• Educational assistance and student sponsorship
• Food and humanitarian relief
• Medical and dental outreach
• Youth ministry and development
• Bible distribution and discipleship
• Community and family assistance
• Tent revivals and open-air evangelism
• Development of a permanent ministry base in the Philippines
These are not simply items on a ministry wish list.
There are people behind every one of them.
There is a child behind the educational assistance.
There is a family behind the food distribution.
There is a patient behind the medical outreach.
There is a community behind the evangelistic meeting.
And there is a soul behind every Bible we place into someone's hands.
That is why we keep saying:
HELP US HELP THEM.
We know that most people cannot write a check for thousands of dollars.
We are not asking you to.
Perhaps you can give $100.
Perhaps $50.
Perhaps $25.
Perhaps $10.
When enough people decide that helping one more person is worth doing, those seemingly small gifts become something much greater.
And if you cannot give financially, you can still help us tremendously.
Share the campaign.
Send the link to a friend.
Post it on your social media page.
Tell your church, organization, coworkers, or family.
And above all, pray for us.
Sometimes the person who cannot give today may share this campaign with the person God has already prepared to give tomorrow.
Never underestimate your part.
“YE HAVE NOT, BECAUSE YE ASK NOT.”
James 4:2 reminds us:
“Ye have not, because ye ask not.”
So we have prayed.
We have planned.
We have gone.
We have worked.
We have believed.
And now we are asking.
We are asking God to touch hearts.
We are asking friends to stand with us.
We are asking people who may never travel to the Philippines to allow their generosity to travel there for them.
And we are asking you to help us reach one more child, one more family, one more community, and one more soul.

They remind us why we cannot simply talk about what ought to be done.
We must do what we can.
