IF IT AIN'T ONE THING, IT'S ANOTHER
WHEN LIFE WON’T LET UP—HOLD ON TO THE LORD! 🙌
You finally make it through one challenge, take a breath, and here comes another. A bill. A setback. A misunderstanding. An unexpected phone call. Sometimes life moves so quickly that, as the preacher says, you can barely blink!
That familiar expression—if it ain't one thing, it's another—becomes the starting point for a spirited and wonderfully relatable message in our growing THE PREACHING HOUR collection.

Trouble Is Real. So Is the Lord.
Jesus never promised a life without tribulation. He told His followers to take courage because He has overcome the world. Our hope is not that every storm disappears immediately, but that the Lord remains trustworthy in the middle of it.
Pastor Langston reminds us to stand firm on God's Word and believe that He means what He says. When the problems arrive one after another, we need not let the succession of troubles define our faith. We can pray, act wisely, ask for help when needed, and keep our confidence in Christ.
“In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world.”
— John 16:33 (KJV)
Words Worth Remembering
A Little Humor—and a Whole Lot of Hope
This mini-sermon carries the cadence of an old-fashioned Pentecostal message, complete with the invitation: “Come on, somebody say amen!” It makes room for a smile without minimizing the very real weight of life's burdens.
If someone you know is facing one problem after another, send them this message. Remind them to hold on to the hand of the Lord, even when the road is rough.
