☀️ GOOD MORNING! GOD DIDN'T GIVE YOU THIS DAY WITHOUT A PURPOSE!

You woke up this morning. That means you still have an opportunity to make a difference!

Psalm 118:24 declares:

"This is the day which the LORD hath made; we will rejoice and be glad in it."

Think about those words.

This day isn't merely another square on the calendar. It is another opportunity to worship God, encourage somebody, forgive somebody, help somebody, and demonstrate the love of Jesus Christ.

You may not have much money. You may not be physically strong. You may be retired, unemployed, overwhelmed, or wondering what meaningful contribution you could possibly make.

But your usefulness to God is not measured by your bank account, physical strength, professional title, or age.

IF GOD HAS GIVEN YOU ANOTHER DAY, DON'T WASTE IT BELIEVING YOU HAVE NOTHING LEFT TO OFFER!

A telephone call can encourage someone who feels forgotten.

A prayer can strengthen someone facing a battle.

A kind word can help someone who is struggling to hold on.

A simple act of generosity can make a lasting difference.

Colossians 3:23 reminds us to do our work heartily, as unto the Lord.

You don't have to stand behind a pulpit to minister. You don't have to cross an ocean to serve. You don't have to possess great wealth to demonstrate great love.

Sometimes the most important ministry opportunity of your day is standing directly in front of you.

So here's my challenge:

Don't merely ask God to bless your day. Ask Him to make your day a blessing to someone else.

Look for the person everyone else overlooks. Listen to the person nobody seems to hear. Encourage the one who has almost given up.

And whatever you do today, do it for the glory of God.

🙏 MORNING PRAYER: Lord, thank You for the gift of another day. Open our eyes to opportunities to serve, our ears to hear the needs of others, and our hearts to respond with compassion. May someone experience Your love through us today. In Jesus' name, Amen.
