History Has Brought Us This Far. Scripture Must Take Us Further.

For five days, we've talked about the release of my newest book.

We've discussed its size.

Its history.

Israel.

Iran.

America.

Jerusalem.

Prophecy.

Possibility.

Speculation.

But today is Sunday.

And there could not be a more appropriate day to arrive at the turning point of the entire book.

NOW OPEN YOUR BIBLE.

History can explain how nations rose and fell.

History can document wars, presidents, kings, revolutions, treaties and alliances.

History can tell us what people did.

But history cannot tell us what God has revealed about the future.

For that, we need Scripture.

So Part Six deliberately changes the direction of the journey.

We turn to Daniel and watch kingdoms rise and fall.

We enter Ezekiel and encounter dry bones, restoration, Gog, Magog—and Persia.

We travel to Zechariah and once again find Jerusalem refusing to disappear.

We ask a question that fascinates many American Christians:

Where is America?

And sometimes the most biblically responsible answer may be:

What if the Bible doesn't tell us?

Then the book moves deeper.

Technology.

Economic control.

A leader the world will follow.

Armageddon.

The last days.

But here's something critically important:

The Bible is not primarily about making America important.

It isn't primarily about making Israel, Iran, Russia, China or any other modern nation the main character either.

Jesus Christ already occupies that position.

Biblical prophecy was never given merely to satisfy our curiosity about tomorrow.

It should affect how we live today.

Jesus said:

"Watch therefore: for ye know not what hour your Lord doth come."
— Matthew 24:42

Watch.

Pray.

Work.

Love.

Preach.

Serve.

Remain faithful.

And make sure that when He comes...

He finds us ready.

Tomorrow is Day Seven.

And tomorrow we'll arrive at the destination toward which all 666 pages have been moving.

It isn't Washington.

It isn't Tehran.

And surprisingly, it isn't even Jerusalem.

Tomorrow, we come home.
