🙏 IT'S THE MIDDLE OF THE WEEK—LET'S PRAY
You Have Made It This Far. You Are Not Alone.
It's the middle of the week.
Traditionally, we call it “Hump Day.”
For some people, Wednesday simply means you're halfway through another work week.
But for somebody reading this today, you're not trying to get through the week.
You're trying to get through the month.
For someone else, it has been a difficult year.
And there are people reading these words who have been fighting, struggling, praying, waiting, believing, crying, and somehow continuing to put one foot in front of the other for several years.
If that describes you, I want you to know something today:
YOU ARE NOT ALONE.
❤️ I MAY NOT KNOW YOUR NAME—BUT I CARE ABOUT YOU
One of the remarkable things about ministry today is that our words can reach people we've never met.
You may be reading this in America.
You may be in the Philippines.
You may be somewhere else in Asia, Europe, Africa, Australia, Canada, South America—or somewhere I have never traveled.
I may never have shaken your hand.
I may not know your story.
I don't know what happened yesterday.
I don't know what kept you awake last night.
I don't know what bill you're worried about.
I don't know what is happening inside your family.
I don't know what private battle you've been fighting while smiling and telling everybody:
“I'm okay.”
But I want you to hear this from my heart:
I LOVE YOU.
And when you genuinely love someone, you want God's very best for them.
That's my prayer for you today.
🙏 I WANT GOD TO BLESS EVERY PART OF YOUR LIFE
Not just Sunday morning.
Not just the part everybody sees.
All of you.
I pray that the Lord will bless you:
✝️ SPIRITUALLY — that your relationship with Jesus Christ grows deeper and stronger.
💪 PHYSICALLY — that God gives you strength for today and grace for whatever you're facing.
❤️ EMOTIONALLY — that the Lord ministers to the places nobody else can see.
🏠 DOMESTICALLY — that God touches your marriage, children, grandchildren, household, and family relationships.
💰 MATERIALLY — that God supplies your needs and gives you wisdom concerning everything He places into your hands.
🤝 SOCIALLY — that God surrounds you with people who encourage, strengthen, sharpen, and genuinely care about you.
🛤️ AND IN EVERY PART OF YOUR LIFE AND LIVING — including those situations you haven't told anyone about.
The Bible says:
“Casting all your care upon him; for he careth for you.” — 1 Peter 5:7
Did you catch that?
HE CARETH FOR YOU.
Not merely humanity.
Not merely the church.
Not merely somebody else.
YOU.
😢 MAYBE YOU'RE TIRED
There is physical tiredness.
And then there is the kind of tiredness that sleep doesn't fix.
You're tired of worrying.
Tired of struggling.
Tired of waiting.
Tired of being disappointed.
Tired of carrying everybody else's problems.
Tired of pretending you're strong.
Tired of praying about the same situation.
Tired of wondering when something is finally going to change.
Maybe you've even whispered:
“Lord, how much longer?”
I cannot tell you when your situation will change.
I cannot promise that everything will suddenly become easy.
But I can remind you of what God has promised:
“I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee.” — Hebrews 13:5
When the answer hasn't arrived—
He is there.
When the door hasn't opened—
He is there.
When you don't understand—
He is there.
When everybody else seems to have disappeared—
HE IS STILL THERE.
🌅 YOU HAVE MADE IT TO THE MIDDLE
Think about that.
Whatever Monday brought—
you made it.
Whatever Tuesday threw at you—
you made it.
And now you're here.
Maybe battered.
Maybe tired.
Maybe disappointed.
Maybe carrying questions.
But you're still standing.
You're still breathing.
And you're still here.
Don't underestimate the grace contained in those words:
YOU'RE STILL HERE.
There may be another chapter God hasn't allowed you to see yet.
There may be another door.
Another opportunity.
Another answer.
Another testimony.
Another person you're supposed to encourage.
Another life you're supposed to touch.
Another prayer you're supposed to pray.
Another soul you're supposed to reach.
So don't surrender in the middle.
🤝 NOW EXTEND YOUR FAITH WITH ME
Wherever you are right now, I invite you to join me in prayer.
You don't have to be inside a church.
You don't need fancy words.
If you're sitting at your desk, pray.
If you're on your lunch break, pray.
If you're at home, pray.
If you're in a hospital room, pray.
If you're reading this while wondering how you're going to make it through another day—
PRAY.
Jesus said:
“For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them.” — Matthew 18:20
So let's agree together.
🙏 LET US PRAY
Heavenly Father,
We come before You today in the precious and mighty name of Jesus Christ.
Lord, somewhere right now there is a person reading these words who needs You desperately.
Some are tired.
Some are hurting.
Some are worried.
Some are lonely.
Some are carrying financial burdens.
Some are facing problems in their homes.
Some are concerned about their children.
Some are struggling in their marriages.
Some are waiting for an answer that hasn't come.
And some cannot even explain what is wrong—they simply know that they need You.
Father, meet them right where they are.
Lord, I ask You to bless them spiritually.
Draw them closer to You. Restore their hunger for Your Word. Rekindle their prayer life. Strengthen their faith. Where discouragement has entered, replace it with hope.
Father, bless them physically.
Give strength to tired bodies. Give rest to those who are weary. Give wisdom concerning their health and grace sufficient for every physical challenge they face.
Lord, bless them emotionally.
Quiet anxious thoughts. Comfort broken hearts. Bring peace where there has been turmoil. Help the person who has smiled in public while crying in private.
Father, bless them domestically.
Touch marriages.
Touch children.
Touch grandchildren.
Restore communication.
Heal broken relationships.
Bring prodigals home.
Put love where anger has lived.
Put forgiveness where bitterness has taken root.
Put peace inside troubled homes.
Father, bless them materially and financially.
You know every bill.
Every debt.
Every need.
Every shortage.
Every employment concern.
Every unexpected expense.
Give them wisdom, opportunity, provision, and the ability to faithfully manage what You place into their hands.
Lord, bless them socially.
Remove relationships that continually pull them away from Your purpose, and bring people into their lives who will encourage them, pray with them, tell them the truth, and walk beside them.
And Father—
bless every part of their life that I didn't mention.
You know what I don't know.
You see what I cannot see.
You hear prayers nobody else has heard.
You know the tears that fell when nobody was watching.
You know the fear they haven't told anyone about.
You know exactly what they need.
So, Father, I place every person reading this into Your hands.
Do what only You can do.
Make a way where they cannot see a way.
Give strength where strength has disappeared.
Give peace in the middle of the storm.
Give hope when circumstances say there is none.
And above everything else, draw each person closer to Jesus Christ.
Lord, carry us through the remainder of this week.
Protect us.
Guide us.
Strengthen us.
Correct us when necessary.
Order our steps.
And help us remember that regardless of what comes—
WE DO NOT WALK ALONE.
We love You.
We trust You.
And we place today, tomorrow, our families, our needs, and our future into Your hands.
In the mighty name of Jesus Christ,
AMEN. 🙏

You don't have to know what they're going through.
Just send it.

Send it to a family member.
Post it where someone discouraged might stumble across it.
Sometimes God uses something as simple as one person saying:
“I thought about you today.”
And if nobody has said it to you lately, allow me to say it again:
YOU MATTER.
YOU ARE LOVED.
YOU ARE BEING PRAYED FOR.
And whatever remains of this week—
KEEP GOING. GOD IS STILL WITH YOU.
