🚨 DING! DING! THE PHILIPPINES NEEDS OUR HELP—NOW.
Typhoons. Volcanoes. Flooding. Hunger. Death. Destruction. For Too Many Families, the Emergency Never Seems to End.
Ding! Ding!
Another warning.
Another storm.
Another community in danger.
Another family wondering what tomorrow will bring.
For millions of people, words like typhoon, volcanic eruption, tsunami, flooding, hunger, inaccessible roads, displacement, death, and destruction are not simply headlines from somewhere far away.
THEY ARE REAL LIFE IN THE PHILIPPINES.
When one emergency passes, families barely have time to recover before another threat appears.
A road washes out.
A community floods.
A volcano becomes restless.
A storm strengthens.
A home is damaged.
A livelihood disappears.
Food becomes scarce.
Children cannot easily reach school.
Workers cannot reach their jobs.
And families already living close to the edge are pushed even closer.
For some, there is no savings account.
No insurance settlement coming.
No second house.
No stocked pantry.
No easy alternate road into town.
No Plan B.
And sometimes—
NO TOMORROW TO WAIT FOR.
🇵🇭 WE CANNOT LOOK AWAY
The Philippines is a beautiful nation filled with beautiful, resilient, hardworking people.
But resilience does not mean people don't hurt.
Faith does not mean people don't become hungry.
Courage does not rebuild a destroyed home by itself.
Hope does not put food into an empty stomach.
Prayer is essential—and we desperately need your prayers.
But sometimes the answer to somebody else's prayer is a Christian who is willing to say:
“WHAT CAN I DO?”
James wrote:
“If a brother or sister be naked, and destitute of daily food, And one of you say unto them, Depart in peace, be ye warmed and filled... what doth it profit?” — James 2:15–16
There are moments when love must become action.
THIS IS ONE OF THOSE MOMENTS.
💔 BEHIND EVERY DISASTER NUMBER IS A PERSON
It is easy to hear numbers until numbers stop affecting us.
Hundreds displaced.
Thousands affected.
Homes damaged.
Roads inaccessible.
Families needing assistance.
But numbers don't cry.
PEOPLE DO.
Somewhere there is a mother wondering what she will feed her children.
A father wondering how he will get to work when the road is impassable.
An elderly person wondering how assistance will reach them.
A child wondering whether the storm will take their home.
A family trying to replace school supplies, clothing, food, medicine, or belongings they could barely afford the first time.
A community trying to recover while watching the sky for the next storm.
These aren't statistics to us.
THEY ARE SOULS.
They are people Jesus loves.
And they matter.

We preach.

We work toward building and outreach programs designed to make a lasting difference.
And through it all, we tell people:
JESUS CHRIST HAS NOT FORGOTTEN YOU.
But ministry requires more than good intentions.
Food costs money.

Relief supplies cost money.

Emergency assistance costs money.
Rebuilding costs money.

The Gospel is free—
BUT GETTING THE GOSPEL AND HELP TO PEOPLE IS NOT.

Perhaps you have thought about helping.

“I'll do something later.”
Today, I'm asking you to reconsider later.
Because for someone facing disaster, hunger, displacement, or desperate need—
TOMORROW CAN BE TOO LATE.
If you can give $5, give $5.
If you can give $10, give $10.
If you can give $25, give $25.
If God has enabled you to give considerably more, please prayerfully consider doing so.
We are not asking you to give what you don't have.
WE ARE ASKING YOU TO DO TODAY THE BEST YOU CAN.
God knows your heart.
He knows your ability.
And He knows the person your gift may reach.
