We are Pilgrim Outreach Ministries, a global outreach organization rooted in faith, powered by compassion, and led by Senior Pastor James Langston—a retired U.S. Navy veteran who answered the call to full-time missions nearly two decades ago. Under Pastor Langston’s leadership, our team has made it their life’s work to meet the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of individuals and families in some of the most underserved regions of the Philippines.
