🌅 Seek the Lord While He May Be Found

Life has a way of pulling us in countless directions, but God's Word gently calls us back to what matters most: seek Him first. Humility, righteousness, and wholehearted devotion are not signs of weakness—they are the pathway to a deeper relationship with the Lord. Don't allow the busyness of life to crowd out the One who gives life.

"Seek the Lord, all you humble of the land, you who do what He commands. Seek righteousness, seek humility; perhaps you will be sheltered on the day of the Lord's anger." — Zephaniah 2:3

To seek the Lord is more than an occasional prayer or a Sunday morning habit. It is a daily decision to pursue His presence, trust His wisdom, and align our lives with His will. Humility reminds us that we need Him, while righteousness reflects our desire to obey Him. Together, they shape a life that honors Christ.

There is also a loving urgency in this passage. Every day is another opportunity to draw closer to God, to hear His voice, and to walk in His ways. As you go through today, ask yourself: Am I seeking God first, or am I allowing the distractions of this world to steal my attention? The Lord faithfully meets those who earnestly seek Him.

Prayer

Heavenly Father, help me to seek You with all my heart and with undivided devotion. Teach me to walk in humility, pursue righteousness, and trust Your wisdom above my own. Draw me closer to You each day, strengthen my faith, and keep me beneath the shelter of Your loving care. May my life bring honor and glory to Jesus Christ. In His precious name I pray, Amen.
