An Awesome Week Is Ahead of You!

August 9–16, 2026

🌅 Before you know what this week will bring, decide what you will bring to the week.

Bring faith instead of fear.

Bring gratitude instead of complaining.

Bring expectation instead of dread.

Bring kindness into somebody else's difficult day.

Bring prayer into situations you cannot control.

And above all, bring God with you into everything you do.

There may be unexpected challenges between August 9 and 16—but there may also be unexpected blessings, answered prayers, open doors, new opportunities, laughter, accomplishments, and moments that remind you just how good God has been.

Don't allow one difficult Monday to determine the rest of your week.

Take each day as it comes. Give it your best. Leave what you cannot change with God.

🙏 A Prayer for Your Week

Father, go before us this week. Direct our steps, protect our families, give us wisdom in every decision, and strengthen us for every challenge. Open the right doors and close those that would lead us away from Your will.

Help us recognize the blessings hidden inside ordinary moments. Let us encourage someone who needs encouragement, help someone who needs a hand, forgive quickly, love freely, laugh often, and never become too busy to hear Your voice.

Whatever comes, remind us that we do not face it alone.

In Jesus' name, Amen.

So straighten those shoulders. Lift your head. Say your prayers. Put a smile on your face.

August 9–16 is waiting.
