A Weekend Made of Ordinary Blessings
🏡 Sometimes the best weekends aren't filled with spectacular events. They're made from the ordinary things that quietly make life good.
Cleaning the house. Dusting. Cutting the grass. Working in the garden. Cooking something good. A little shopping. Getting things done that have waited all week.
Then there are the moments that matter even more—prayer, fellowship, worship, and gathering with God's people.
🙏 Prayer meeting.
⛪ Sunday morning church.
🙌 Sunday afternoon service.
Somewhere between the chores, meals, grass clippings, prayers, sermons, conversations, and quiet moments, another weekend becomes part of our story.
Don't overlook the ordinary while waiting for something extraordinary.
There is beauty in a clean house, satisfaction in completed work, peace in prayer, joy around the table, and strength in worship.
“This is the day which the LORD hath made; we will rejoice and be glad in it.” — Psalm 118:24
As the weekend winds down, take a moment and thank God.
You made some memories—even if they didn't feel like memories while you were making them.
