"Here Am I, Send Me"

As evening settles across the world, our hearts are thousands of miles away in the Philippines.

For many, today was just another day. For others, it was a day of uncertainty. A day of wondering where tomorrow's meal will come from, how school fees will be paid, or how a family will recover from hardship, flooding, illness, or loss.

Years ago, God placed a burden on our hearts. It was never about building a name. It was always about reaching people.

From Italy to the Philippines and throughout Asia, Pilgrim Outreach Ministries International has sought to be the hands, feet, eyes, ears, and voice of Jesus Christ to those who need Him most.

There are days when the road seems long. There are days when the needs far exceed our resources. Yet we continue because souls matter.

One of my favorite reminders is this:

"The size of the need should never determine the size of our obedience." — Pastor James Langston

And another:

"When God opens a door to serve, faith walks through it before the resources arrive." — Pastor James Langston

The prophet Isaiah answered God's call with five simple words:

"Here am I; send me."

Those words still echo today.

Please pray for the ministry. Pray for the people we serve. Pray for open doors, provision, protection, and souls to come to Christ.

And if God places it upon your heart, stand with us as we continue reaching the world one life, one family, and one community at a time.
