📖 IF YOU OWN MORE THAN ONE BIBLE...WHY IS THE WORLD STILL IN DARKNESS?
That question may sound uncomfortable...
but perhaps it should.
Many Christians own five...
ten...
twenty...
or even fifty Bibles.
Yet millions of people around the world have never read even one verse of Scripture.
Millions have never heard a clear presentation of the Gospel.
Millions have never met someone willing to tell them that Jesus Christ still saves.
Knowledge without obedience changes nothing.
Reading Scripture is wonderful.
Living Scripture is transformational.
Jesus never said,
"Go into all the world and collect Bibles."
He said,
"Go into all the world and preach the Gospel."
The Gospel was never intended to remain safely tucked away on our bookshelves.
It belongs in our conversations...
our communities...
our homes...
our workplaces...
our schools...
and to the ends of the earth.
Someone once wisely said,
"The light that shines the farthest shines the brightest at home."
That's true.
But eventually...
that light must leave home.
Some are called to go.
Others are called to send.
Still others are called to pray.
Every believer has a place in God's Great Commission.
The question isn't whether you're called.
The question is:
What are you doing with your calling?
Let's have an honest conversation.
What does fulfilling the Great Commission look like in today's world?
